The horizontal gap between the refrigerator and freezer doors (or drawer) must be free of obstructions in order to install a Fridge Fixer.  Be sure to look on the underside of the doors for anything that is protruding into the door gap.  If there are any previous door locking devices in the gap, please verify that they are removable.
